ABOUT

As the Instructional Designer & Trainer, you will develop and administer training programs to our organization's employees. You can expect to design and present established and effective training methods, techniques, and ideas to the team, facilitate or co-facilitates training classes with subject matter experts, assist in performance analysis efforts, and provide feedback to management to ensure trainings offered meet business needs.

Your success in this position will depend on establishing strong interpersonal relationships and maintaining a good rapport with all departments and internal stakeholders across NPC. You will be required to have steady and effective communication, be detailed orientated and innovative, as well as demonstrating a self-starter mindset.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The minimum requirements to be considered for the Instructional Designer & Trainer opportunity are:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of three years related training and/or development experience.
